Healthcare That Speaks Human

According to the CDC, nine in ten Americans struggle to understand jargon-filled health information. We collaborated with Zocdoc to build a more intuitive search experience, built specifically to bridge the gap between the language of the healthcare industry and human language. Each patient could use his or her own language – from “post-election stress,” to “tummy hurts, to emojis– to find the right provider for their needs. Interactive display ads did double duty,, not only driving traffic but also collecting data to build a smarter search.
