A New Logomark

Vita Coco
A mark that balances quality and playfulness.

Vita Coco has always made wonderful, natural products. But with its gradients, drop shadows, illustrated elements, and off-kilter appearance, their previous logo felt dated and didn't convey the quality of their product. The logo was too complex to scale flexibly or be used consistently across a number of products or marketing contexts.

We created a simple mark inspired by tropical deco—a time when everything anyone ate was real—that feels premium while still reflecting the brand’s friendly personality. Additionally we created a core set of brand elements: flora illustrations, stippling patterns, and typography that, like the logo, is simultaneously friendly and elevated.
